The Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA) revealed that a total of 174,608 foreign tourists had arrived in Sri Lanka in the month of April.
This marks a 17.3% increase from the number reported in April 2023.
According to the SLTDA, the majority of these tourists arrived from India, while tourists from the United Kingdom, Russia, Germany, Australia and China also visited the island in April.
