Cinnamon Bentota Beach – Signature Selection has further reinforced its commitment to community development by upgrading the smart classroom facilities at Bentota Gamini National School with the donation and installation of two air conditioning units.
The initiative was undertaken with the aim of creating a more comfortable and conducive learning environment for both students and teachers, ensuring uninterrupted access to digital learning tools and smart classroom facilities. By improving classroom conditions, the project supports more effective engagement with technology-enabled education, particularly during extended learning sessions.
The upgrade was carried out following a formal request from the school and implemented under the guidance of the resort’s senior management. Members of the Cinnamon Bentota Beach team coordinated the installation and commissioning process, ensuring the facilities were fully operational and aligned with the school’s requirements.
A formal handover ceremony was held at Bentota Gamini National School in the presence of the Principal, teachers, and students.
