Archbishop of Colombo, Cardinal Malcolm Ranjith, has criticised the Government’s move to promote LGBTQ tourism, warning it could harm the country’s culture.
Speaking at a Sunday service, he stated that Sri Lanka must protect its youth from exploitation, while stressing that people born with homosexual tendencies should be treated with kindness, not forced to change.
